Four workstreams now connect BitGo Holdings and HashKey Cloud after the October 6 2026 agreement signed during TOKEN2049 week in Singapore. The deal converts an earlier July staking arrangement into a broader institutional framework that initially covers Ethereum and Solana staking through HashKey Cloud acting as a validator on the BitGo platform.

Validator Integration Details

HashKey Cloud joins the BitGo platform as a validator partner focused on ETH and SOL. The arrangement targets eligible institutional clients where local rules permit. Services remain limited to approved accounts and jurisdictions.

The move builds directly on the prior staking collaboration and brings HashKey Cloud’s infrastructure into BitGo’s custody and staking environment. Abel Seow of BitGo and Leo Li of HashKey OnChain BG signed the documents at the Fullerton Bay Hotel.

Additional Collaboration Areas

Three further pillars accompany the staking validator work. The firms will coordinate on institutional trading flow. BitGo will extend custody services to HashKey Capital and related funds once onboarding clears. BitGo also becomes a custody partner for HashKey RWA tokenization projects.

These elements keep the partnership centered on established operational rails rather than new asset listings. All activity stays confined to permitted clients and regulated channels.

Entity Background

BitGo Holdings Inc. trades under NYSE: BTGO and operates BitGo Bank and Trust N.A. HashKey Cloud serves as the institutional staking arm of HashKey Group which lists on HKEX under ticker 3887. The partnership announcement came through official Business Wire channels and appears on the BitGo investor site.

The structure keeps each pillar distinct while sharing the same client eligibility screen. No implementation dates or volume targets were released with the initial statement.

Market Context for the Move

Institutional desks tracking custody and staking infrastructure now have a clearer path for ETH and SOL exposure through combined platforms. The four-pillar design reduces the need for separate provider relationships on trading custody and tokenization.

Clients already using BitGo custody can route staking requests through the new validator link once eligibility checks complete. HashKey Cloud gains access to BitGo’s institutional client base in the Asia-Pacific region under the stated terms.

The agreement stays silent on perps spot spreads or any live pricing metrics. Focus remains on the operational connection between the two providers.

Next Steps for Eligible Clients

Onboarding for the custody and trading elements will follow standard compliance reviews. RWA tokenization support will proceed on a project-by-project basis once legal and operational reviews finish.

No changes to existing July staking terms were announced beyond the expanded validator access. The document confirms services apply only where permitted by law.

The partnership announcement supplies the dated record for the four workstreams without additional performance data.
