App Purpose and Design

Users can fund accounts in more than 50 supported currencies which convert into dollar-backed stablecoins.
OKX says customers can hold USDG USDC or USDT and switch between them in the app. The service joins features people often get from separate products while keeping the blockchain in the background.
How the App Works
The OKX Money site shows three steps for users create an account and verify add money then convert and spend. Screens include Home Card Pay and Activity with downloads available for iOS Android and direct APK.
The OKX Money site states its card works online or in store wherever Mastercard is accepted. OKX unveiled the app on stage at OKX Now and posted details on X at 1:00 AM ET on October 6.
Current Availability
OKX says OKX Money is available in select regions now per its OKX Now recap. The company introduced the app in a blog post dated October 6 2026. Plans call for expansion beyond participating markets later.
The app is built for everyday use without requiring users to understand how blockchains work. OKX states the technology stays in the background so new users can focus on saving sending and spending.
Target Users
OKX aims the app at regions facing currency volatility and limited banking options. About 70 percent of those targeted users have never used a crypto app according to the company.
The launch follows OKX efforts to simplify access to dollar-backed assets. The site and announcements emphasize straightforward steps from account creation to spending.
Users can move between supported stablecoins inside the app while the card enables spending at merchants that accept Mastercard. OKX positions the product as a single place for services that previously came from multiple tools.
The rollout remains limited to select regions at this stage. OKX has not provided an exact list of those markets or a detailed expansion schedule beyond later additions.
