While traditional equity exchanges lock trading into rigid daily windows, Securitize launched Securitize Stocks on Oct. 8, 2026, bringing tokenized shares of 12 U.S. companies to Solana for eligible investors in the U.S., EU and other permitted jurisdictions. Each token is backed 1:1 by a real share and settles in USDC on Securitize’s registered broker-dealer platform. Extended hours for now; 24/7 is planned, no date. NFA.

Launch Timeline and Scope

Securitize (NYSE: SECZ) announced the rollout at 9:00 a.m. ET. The first batch covers AAPL, MSFT, NVDA, GOOG, TSLA, META, AMZN, NFLX, CRCL, SPCX, MSTR and PLTR. Solana’s official X account posted the news at 9:26 a.m. ET the same day. The company’s own tokenized stock SECZ has already traded on Solana since its July NYSE listing, and stocks.securitize.io places SECZ next to the new names.

Backing and Rights Structure

Securitize states each token equals one underlying share held through its broker-dealer. The tokens qualify as security entitlements under UCC Article 8, which means holders receive dividends and voting rights where the share class allows them. The shares that back the tokens will not be lent out. A convertible entitlement feature lets holders switch to direct company-register shares through transfer agents if an issuer launches its own tokenization program.

Trading Setup and Market Making

At launch the tokens trade on Securitize’s Solana PropAMM. Jump Trading acts as market maker. Activity starts in extended hours only. Plans call for a shift toward round-the-clock trading, though no date has been set. Securitize expects the tokens to reach the NYSE’s planned 24/7 digital venue once that platform launches and clears regulatory hurdles.

Platform and Compliance Details

Securities are offered through Securitize Markets, LLC, a FINRA and SIPC member firm listed as active on BrokerCheck under CRD 283256 and SEC file 8-69743 with its base in Miami. Users must complete onboarding plus KYC and AML checks and must be eligible in the U.S., EU or another permitted jurisdiction. The Solana Foundation’s GM of Institutional, Nick Ducoff, is quoted in the company release.

Next Steps for Traders

The setup gives eligible investors access to familiar equity names inside the Solana environment with USDC settlement. Extended hours are live now while 24/7 trading and NYSE digital venue access remain proposals without fixed timelines. No current volume or price figures are reported in the launch materials.
